Hands passing a seedling to the next person

Blueprint Investment Partners, an asset manager and pioneer in the creation of systematic, process-driven, and transparent investment strategies for financial advisors, will host a webinar for leaders at wealth practices Wednesday, May 15 at 2 p.m. ET. “Building An Elite Performance Culture For Your Wealth Practice” will feature Eric Downing of Proven Paradigm Consulting, who has 35 years of leadership and development experience. The live event will be moderated by Blueprint Investment Partners CEO and Co-Founder Jon Robinson.

“Eric works with organizations around the world, including RIAs and wealth teams, to help them address the root issues getting in the way of growth and productivity,” says Robinson. “He’ll be sharing resources, strategies, and tools that are fueled by diverse experiences from military, financial, and academic settings. We believe these strategies can help cultivate efficiency in a wealth practice.”

Downing will be addressing the five characteristics we believe constitute elite cultures:

  1. Understanding people’s motivations
  2. Building trust
  3. Developing communication skills
  4. Embracing risk
  5. Identifying barriers to execution

Following the live event, a replay will be available.

“Blueprint is committed to being an uncommonly great partner to advisors,” adds Robinson. “We’re excited to offer this webinar, which we view as an extension of that commitment.”
